Each Golden Aloe soft gel contains 100 mg of Aloe Vera Concentrate (200:1) supplying the equivalent of 20,000 mg (4 teaspoonsful) aloe vera gel. Only the fresh thick inner gel from the aloe vera leaf is freeze-dried to form the aloe vera concentrate. This is equivalent to approximately one cup of aloe vera drink (10:1).
