A daily serving of new Muscle Synergy provides:

Niacin (nicotinic acid; 200 mg): Nicotinic acid (NA), a form of niacin, brings about a rapid increase in the diameter of your blood vessels (i.e., vasodilation), thereby promoting blood flow and overall vascularity. This makes getting and keeping a pump easier.

NA also increases circulating growth hormone levels, both at rest and in response to your workouts. Niacin-containing supplements have been found to increase GH levels in healthy subjects, a number of whom have reported increases in muscle mass (Deijen, 2004, personal communication; from Arwert et al., 2003).

Creatine (3000 mg): Besides its well-known effects on muscle strength, power and work capacity, creatine promotes cell volumization ('swelling'). This potent anabolic signal accelerates glycogen synthesis (Robinson et al., 1999) and over muscle fiber size and thickness.

Arginine (7000 mg): The more muscle you gain, the greater the demand on creatine-synthesizing pathways to supply extra creatine to the newly added tissue. Arginine is required for the synthesis of creatine. Almost 2.5 grams of arginine are required to match the daily loss of creatine (as creatinine) in a 70-kg (~154-lb) male.
