for new ways to bring people a healthy lifestyle at an affordable
price, many people scoffed at the owner when he first decided to
make his products available over the internet some 10 years
ago! Starting out with a few dozen of the most popular items
in the beginning, (and not even a domain name!) Discount Natural
Foods developed it's online presence to it's current cutting edge

Shipping
Information:
- Domestic Orders:
We ship all Yahoo Shopping orders either: UPS, or USPS
Priority Mail.
For orders shipped to destinations in the Continental United States:
- Free Shipping orders $100 and greater
- $99.99 - $50.00 -- $5 Shipping Charge
- $49.99 - $0.00 -- $10 Shipping Charge
Once you submit your order processing begins within 24 hours. Most orders will arrive at your
address within 5-9 business (Monday - Friday) days, with the
vast bulk of these orders arriving much quicker.
- International Orders:
Yes
we ship Globally! For ALL orders outside the Continental
United States we use the Express Air shipping method.
Please Note: ALL International Orders WILL incure a MINIMUM charge of $20 for shipping. This helps ensures the quality of our products upon
arrival. The customer is responsible for all shipping
charges and should be aware of any regulations,
restrictions, or tariffs their countries impose on foreign
orders. The shipping charge will be determined by the
size and weight of your package ($20 minimum shipping charge on ALL International orders regardless of total sales amount). Please Note: We will NOT knowingly ship
products to destinations where they are restricted (this
includes but is not limited to:
DHEA into France).
- PLESE NOTE: All products are shipped with safety seals intact. We have noticed several comments of broken outter seals while the product is in it's shipping container during the warmer weather. The manufacturer does NOT consider this a returnable condition.
- CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS: There will be a $11.00 fee added to any order for address corrections or changes after order has been shipped.
- CHARGE BACKS: All wrongful charge backs will be billed an extra 15 dollars

What do I do if I receive a damaged package?

What if the item I ordered was defective?
Contact us via Email at: sales@vitaglo.com we will make arrangements to have the product replaced, or provide you with the manufacturers replacement policy.
What if I simply don't want the product?
If you decide you do not want the product within the first fourteen days after the date of purchase, contact us via Email at: sales@vitaglo.com and notify customer service. If the product is UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED we may accept a return on the item. You are required to pay for delivery back to our warehouse on ALL undesired merchandise. Once the merchandise has been recieved, and has been verified to be in UNDAMAGED condition, we will issue a credit (less the amount of shipping the product to you).
