CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) is a free fatty acid derived from safflower oil. Our CLA softgels contain a minimum of 70% CLA in every batch. Scientists estimate that our food supply once contained much higher levels of CLA before the advent of moder agricultural and animal feeding methods. As a result, CLA may be lacking in typical refined diets.

Suggested Use:  As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel 3 times daily, preferably with meals.
